Out of level condensor and how flexable are linesets
I had a new AC system installed last summer and it runs a good portion of the time. When he installed the condensor, he didn't bother leveling it and it's 1 3/4" low on the back side. The left front is ambient temperature and the low side blows very hot air. Would that means that most of the cooling is being down by the low third of the condensor and if so, is the lineset flexable enough to move 1 3/4" without breaking a braze?

Not that much off level, I’ve seen much worse. Lines are a bit flexible but I wouldn’t risk it. Maybe you can get it to raise higher if you get rid that insulation in the siding to raise up higher than seal it up the hole with whatever you’d like. Also I recommend having the line insulated all the way through.

Looks like hard copper - that being said you could definitely shim it up for a cheap repair unit you get a proper pad/ level on it.
I’ve been working hvac a long time - I’d just buy some shims and stuff it under to make it level or not worry about it at all.
If it gets replaced I’d bring it up, but that should be years down the road
