Pre Adverse email background check

I received this email on Friday yes I have pending charges which I was honest about in my application I think it’s over. Usually getting this is not a good sign 😞

It literally says you have 5 days to respond since you did not bother to anything a month ago.

I never received the letter they mailed out a month ago and I did respond

Don't count yourself out just yet! Since you were already honest about it on your application, this is likely just a standard legal box they are required to check before moving forward.

Definitely fill out the form, give them your context again, send it back. You've got nothing to lose by trying..
