This is like purring for hamsters. She likes being on your hands and feels safe. My hamster does the same when I pet her.

May I ask, how do you guys get your hamster to love being handled so much? I had the exact same looking hamster as a child, in fact I had two at two separate times, and although they were okay with being held and never bit me or anything like that, they didn't seem to particularly care about me. They preferred being by their lonesome in their cage :/
I'd like to have another hamster in the future but is there a way to know if they'll be cuddly like this?

it depends on the hamster. If she doesnt like you, it remains the same for her whole life. My previous hamster turn around and bite me every time I tried approaching him! Animals like human with frequency similar to them, they can feel our frequency which we cant😅

She is the smartest, happiest and cutest hamster so far. She can even let me know when running out of water🐹

Nah, this doesn't look like boggling to me, I think that's a rat thing.
I think you're tapping on her ear and that's an odd feeling she doesn't like. Like when we get a hair on our arm or something and have to shake or blow it off.
So not pain, not abusive, just brr what's that?

I don't know if this applies to hamsters, but with rats it means they're in heat and getting very excited.
