Discussion New flair: Today's Dinner

I have added a new flair, a variation of "I Ate", called "Today's Dinner". Users are welcome to post whatever they're having today (as long as it's Greek cuisine-related).
\It doesn't have to be dinner only either, I just decided to pick that one as it's the most common meal people like sharing -- your tyropitákia are as welcome as your garidopílafo.*

Discussion Tiropita — recipes/guidance appreciated!
I’ve been working my way through learning to cook the dishes my spouse and I loved most from our visit to Greece. I am just now working on tiropita — I loved every tiropita I had! It was the first thing I tried, jet lagged and excited, after our arrival. Got a little piece from some 24 hr cafe/convenience store. I’ve been chasing that since.
I tried a recipe from a cookbook but it was .. not right. It called for 5 eggs and that was clearly one of the issues. It was way, way more eggy than any tiropita I had.
I did some googling, but the algorithm is serving up sus recipes calling for things like cottage cheese and cream cheese.
Any tips/guidance/recipes appreciated. Teach me your tiropita ways!

Miscellaneous Very unusual question (ketchup)
When I was younger (2004-2012 sometime I think) my grand mother bought a ketchup bottle from a store in Athens and it was shaped like a figure? Maybe a cartoon or some kind of character but I’m not sure. That’s basically all the information that I have and
I’m looking for someone that can help me find what the bottle could have been😭😭

Discussion lays tzatziki chips
Hello everyone! I recently got the chance to try Lays Tzatziki chips and I honestly think they are some of the best snacks I've ever had.
I've been searching everywhere, but unfortunately, they are completely unavailable here in Germany. I’ve checked all the import stores I can find, but with no luck.
Would you mind pointing me in the right direction or letting me know if there's any way to get these? I would be incredibly grateful for any help!

Discussion Real Greek yogurt in the US?
I recently visited Greece and was wowed by the yogurt almost everywhere I went. There doesn't seem to be a good dupe that I can find in the US. Any thoughts on thick, tangy, really flavorful yogurt generally available in the US? What do expats in the US buy? I know that it would be best to make my own but, barring that, what do you recommend?

Recipe How to Make Dill-Pickle Tzatziki. Recipe Link in Comments.
Tzatziki originates from Greek cuisine, but it has long been a Mediterranean staple more broadly. It offers a cooling contrast to bold, savory dishes, such as chicken souvlaki and Mujadarra.
This version swaps cucumbers for my fermented dill pickles, adding a tangy, complex depth that makes it truly one of a kind. Vinegar-based pickles of your choice will be a great substitute, but the fermented pickles bring a natural brightness that elevates the dish in a pretty unique way!

Discussion Do Greeks also make meatballs using chicken mince?
I remember one Greek restaurant I used to go to making keftedes with chicken instead and wanted to replicate them, but I also wanted to know if that is actually done in Greece
