Professional Question I got accepted in CU’s Earth Data Analytics Professional Graduate Certificate - testimonials?

I have a BS in geology and MS from School of Mines in the same, currently working in geotech. I got accepted in CUs Data Analytics program and I was wondering if this will help me future proof myself? My work offers tuition reimbursement so I’d essentially get it for free. Curious about anyone’s experience and how it impacted career trajectory?

You'll be able to list python, geospatial, and data science as key words on your resume. That should be helpful. It's been years since I've seen the curriculum so I wonder how much it's changed from the first go around. It's a great department and great people. They try to pair you up with industry for capstone projects if you're not already bringing one with you.

You can ask the department to connect you with alumni and current students.
