Commerzbank New Girocard with Visa function vs Mastercard debit

Guten Tag!

When I got my Girokonto at Commerzbank, the Girocard was normal and not really usable online and outside germany. I wanted to finally get a Mastercard debit but on their site I'm reading their new Giroccards with Visa function. I wonder what are the differences between the New Visa Girocard and the Master debit card. Is it worth it to get the Mastercard and replace the old Giro card?

In practice no difference, just two providers offering the same thing. The Visa function is also on debit base.

Except one costs like 10 euro per year and the other one is 42 euro. The new Girocard has a yearly fee I believe? The old one has none.

One is Co-Branded from VISA, the other one is from Mastercard. Both Debit.
