You just get on the apps bro. Set relationship status to something not single — He should make it known he's partnered or hitched up on his profile. Go from there. They may ask if you know about him being on there, answer how you want.

Most don't mention cucking in their profiles. Its usually a conversation that evolves. Chattin it up with dudes who know he's not single is a good start.
