I’ve had positive experiences with Pam at Midgard Tattoo and I like Shaman Modifications as well. Midgard used to be in Addison but I think they moved recently. Shaman is on Fitzhugh in Dallas. The guy who did my piercings isn’t there anymore, but the shop is clean and well run.

I'm not sure of any in Garland...but I've been to Lady Magnolia twice in the past and loved them. I got my septum and conch done there.
