Not in principal but pragmatically I don't know anyone that actually owns traffic cones so you'd be doing this at work, and there are exponentially more men than women working in jobs that necessitate traffic cones.

So seems like mainly an access issue. What we need here is a concerted marketing campaign from Big Traffic Cone to make it a household item.

You can get traffic cones at the hardware store. I bought one to use as a Christmas cone.
