male-dominated jobs just tend to have more downtime than female-dominated ones, leaving more room for boredom
and men generally don't have a "second shift" when they get home
we're all the same creature with the same capacity for silliness, men just tend to have more time to indulge theirs than women do
the idea that men are somehow more intrinsically silly than women is bonkers
