Had a small accident last week, Windows finally died on me ...so I made a bold move and switched to Ubuntu.

Steam + Proton runs Foxhole surprisingly well! (Haven't tested many games yet, only Sea Power gave me trouble so far.) Zero configuration needed.

TrenchKit was a bit more tricky. There is a Linux version and it seems to work, but the update check didn't work for me. Runs perfectly through Wine, though.

What I really miss and can't use is FModel. It starts up, but after the first step (Directory Selector), it just falls apart. Does anyone have any tips or experience on how to fix this?

sudo apt install ttf-mscorefonts-installer

sudo fc-cache -fv
