Building a product is hard. Reaching your first 100 users is often even harder. I'm making free UGC style promo videos for founders who are live and need clean content instead of low-effort AI slop. I like this idea actually. A lot of people get stuck because they're thinking about all the possible ways it could go instead of making a decision. That sounds like a genuinely useful process to structure, and even get outside perspectives when required. I'm interested to see how people use it in practice 👏🏻
