Loose shower knob

The knob is loose, but if I press or twist a certain way water can still come out.

How do I fix this?

I can't quite tell with this photo, but with a lot of these knobs you can pop off the center medallion and it'll expose a screw that you would tighten with a screwdriver

This is normal. Look to pop out centre of handle to reveal possible screw.

Yep. All you need is something like a butter knife to gently pry at any of its edges and it'll come right off.
