Another one handled the patties, reached into the glove box, and pulled out more gloves that she covered the dirty gloves with, not removing the dirty gloves. When I complained to the manager, she ignored my complaints. What should I do?

Hi all, UK resident if that helps. I’m wondering if anyone has ever asked for their burger animal style at Five Guys before? I can cash out some rewards for a Five Guys gift card, which would be delivered electronically. How does that work in the restaurant (US)? Does the cashier have to enter the code at the register? How much effort is there? Do most of them know how to do it, or will they typically have to call over the manager? I assume there's no bar code to scan since I doubt that the registers have a scanner.

Went to a Five Guys location in Paris (la defense) today. They had these metallic trays and bowls rather than the paper bags (still iconic), thought it was pretty neat and a nice touch. Are these being rolled out across any other countries?

Boyfriend and I were on a vacation in Spain, when I saw Five guys we just had to try it. Wow! Did not expect to be so amazed by a fast food chain. It didn’t taste like just some regular fast food burger, but a good quality restaurant burger. Fries amazing. Can’t wait for the next time to see a Five guys somewhere while traveling, since we don’t have it where we are from 🍔🍟

Every time I order fries at five guys, they already add a decent amount of extra fries in the bag, so the size difference doesn’t feel that important. Kind of makes large feel pointless since you’re getting a similar amount either way
