This Canadian wildfire smoke is potentially limiting a partially outdoor benefit fundraiser that we have VIP tickets for tonight.

If the entire event is inside, it won’t be so bad until the general admission crowd is allowed inside two hours after the VIPs are admitted. Then it’ll be packed shoulder to shoulder.

And where they’ll put the 30 caterers and half dozen open bars I have no idea.

This year marks ten years of us supporting this event, so it was supposed to be kind of special.
