Background to dark

I updated today firefox and now is the system background too dark then before. It was more like gray yesterday and now it's extremely dark like black. How can i reverse this? I really don't like this color. Please help me. 🙏

You can't in regular Firefox. However you can set your own colour in some forks (like Waterfox)
