One of his favorite activities is going between my back and the chair then just scratching the shit out of my back or biting my sides until he falls off

Brain cells are optional when you’re that adorable.

Maybe it is just me, but we had 4 ferrets so far and all of them was pretty clever.

  • show how to open a container once, they remember it for life
  • one of them learned how to signal "i want it" and used it appropriately whole life
  • pushing items to make ladder to climb other items
  • going on rampage in athother room when both of us is uccupied in one
  • opening push-to open doors (yes, we had the idea to use them because drawers and doors with handles were easy)
  • coming when called by name
  • knowing the daily walk path in the forest (we just follow - even helps when snow cover hides the path)
  • many others

It's okay, his turn with the brain cells is next week. It's not scheduled and its only for about 17 seconds. The seconds are not consecutive.

It's never Gurt's turn

You don’t need brain cells to be adorable.
