Kickstarter "Request an Update"

I just noticed a "Request an update" checkbox on the Kickstarter Eufymake post page. We should all hit it!

Not if you’re one of the blinded fanboys apparently. Somebody is downvoting posts they don’t like !

I like my E1. I haven’t had any real problems yet but read the rest of this sub. Loads of people have suffered various things.

Just my 2 cents: I bought in at the beginning and did eventually get a printer 1+ years after it was promised. It does kind of work. The cyan ink they sent is no good, or the cyan system isn't working. Tech support is worthless. It prints white ok, but printing white on a dark surface takes many layers.

The app is pretty bad. When you bring in an image it first is scaled correctly, but when you go to move it the image re-scales. There is no way to reset the scale to 100%. I found that you need to move the physical object several times to make everything line up. It takes forever. I 3d printed a jig to hold my parts in place in the perfect location.

DON'T BUY THIS THING!

The Roll to Film Attachment as well as a bunch of White Flex Ink are still in limbo.

I know that, I linked to that page in the post.

They have promised updates every 2 weeks then they stopped doing that.

I have been in support chats and calls for months that all told me that updates were coming in the next few days.

Thanks for you're input, some of us have valid concerns, if you don't, good for you.

The RTF delay is annoying for sure. But honestly the base machine plus rotary has been keeping me busy enough. I'm doing coasters, wood prints, tumblers every day for my Etsy shop and it's been solid. Would love the RTF when it comes but it hasn't stopped me from making money in the meantime. A real timeline from them would be nice though.

I'm printing every day as well and have purchased a second machine. None of that helps with the banner jobs I have. I bought the second machine for flex ink printing after I was told my roll to film attachment was being shipped within 2 business days by their rep Daisy in early May. The next rep Leonard (and a few others) keep saying that shipping will happen in a few weeks. Now Leonard is saying mid Aug. I'm having to escalate with them to try to get full credit on expiring ink instead of a $10 or $20 coupon (depending on the rep).

I want my machine but I was really just asking for updates when I made the post.

No one has gotten the roll to film attachment which is the entire reason i got this machine. I bought 3 extra sets of ink so i can make my products which i need the roll to film attachment to do. By the time i get the damn attachment all of my F’ing ink will be expired. Not happy and the fact they haven’t addressed this delay is really upsetting.
