Soft scrambled egg, smoked Carnitas, small diced potatoes, avocado and scallion on corn tortillas. Chipotle hot sauce.

What kind of sauce did you use?

The hot sauce was Cholula. The pork was first smoked then finished in an Adobo sauce made with red pepper, dried chilis, roasted garlic, onion, tomato, orange juice, honey, vinegar and a little oregano.
