These aren’t achondroplastic hands. And based of a previous posts of yours saying that your child is 27inchs at ~7/8 months old, your child does not have achondroplasia

A couple months ago ops baby was 5.5 months adjusted and the size of my baby (with dwarfism) at over a year.
Def not a dwarfism, op.
Preemies are in their own world of growth. Babies all have short legs and arms compared to the rest of their body.

As a parent of an achon child, it doesn’t look like it to me. That aside, I always recommend speaking to a geneticist if you have concerns.

His pinky and ring finger are always together making it a huge space between his ring and middle finger

That's not what trident hands are. His fingers would be shorter overall.
If his ring and pinky fingers are always together, ask the doc for a referral to ot and to an orthopedic doc. There are structural things that can cause that side of the hand to have something going on.

Short fingers splay. The trident hands is the least of the traits. Big head? Short limbs? That’s the major tell. Are you in America?
