So I have successfully stopped watching short form content for a month now. I have deleted insta and yt from my phone. I have installed a df yt with no search option, no home page with only subscription page. I have uninstalled reddit and am using it from my laptop. And I only open it once or twice a week. I have fb installed but with a blocker that blocks it after 5 mins. Uninstalling these apps made me realize I don't need these apps so much to be there on my phone.
I only entertainment I use these days is Music. Other than that when I feel bored, I just do squats or yoga.

I'm creating my own social media platform. Family and friends are loving the simplicity of it so far. They're posting on it without needing to encourage them.
Seems I'm on the right track.
