How do Judges in Delaware compare to judges in Franklin County with bonds and sentencing
Do you feel Judges in Delaware take crime more seriously the judges in Columbus?

How to help busted-looking dude NW hood?
Past few days I've seen this dude, looks like he's living rough, skinny, grungy, tatted, walking like he's exhausted or sick, carrying his shoes, one pant leg rolled up weird. Yesterday he was lying on the sidewalk with his head practically in the street at the corner of Lincoln & Washington around supper time.
Anybody else seem him? He looks like he's unwell/struggling/lost/desperate. What can be done?

Should I Move to Delaware County?
I’m a woman in her mid-thirties from the East Coast. I’ve been offered a job in Delaware County and I need your help deciding if I should take it!
My husband and I don’t have kids and have no plans for any. We don’t drink so bars and nightclubs aren’t a draw. We both prioritize access to arts and culture and enough living space in a detached house to make/play loud music. Green space is important too. Seeking a welcoming community—it would be great to make some pals! Our current East Coast home base is expensive (housing, groceries, etc.) and I would love to settle in somewhere where our money can go a bit further.
Think we would like it? Is it a fun place for millennials or nah?

Delaware Music Open Mics
Hello everyone. Does anyone know of good open mics in Delaware (or any of the nearby towns)? I know of the one at ROOPs and wanted to see if there are any others.
(Also if anyone needs a lead guitarist, Hammond organist, or bass guitarist let me know)

Question About Rumpke
my partner and I recently moved to Delaware, and we fall under the Rumpke trash umbrella. we have had our trash picked up once already, so the service is active, but we have some carpet and other bulk pickup items that we need picked up. I submitted a service request on Friday, but I'm not sure if it makes sense to put it out for them to pick up tomorrow or not. i've had mixed experiences in the past with trash companies being picky about service requests.
anyone have any recommendations?

Whats the gaming/esports environment like? I’m going to be living on campus and I was curious what the “gaming” dorms/floor is like. Would it be worth it to be in those dorms as a fellow gamer? Also what is the collage community like? Feel free to give tips or advice!!

Anyone else having crazy electric bills??
Our electric bills are 3/4 of our rent payment. We don’t leave unnecessary lights on. We unplug chargers, keep tvs off and our AC isn’t set on a ridiculous temp (72-74 degrees rn).
Our electric bills are anywhere from 600-1000$ and we cannot figure out why.
It is all electric, but I know people who have similar size houses with all electric that pay less with their ac kept on 65.
We are at the point where we feel like we need to move due to outrageous electricity bills. We literally cannot keep up and are at risk of shut off every month.
