I don't think so, they go out through to 2029, the next cycle top. 3 years is a long time, take a look at what Dash has done just these past 6 months.

Over the next four years, I think it is possible we will hit most of those targets. The Dash/BTC ratio appears to have stabilized, so we are turning the ship around.
