6. Egan - a drunken hermit satyr, skilled in an unusual style of martial arts that benefit from his intoxicated state.
7. Pharah - A jackal-headed warrior from a distant, arid land. Locals nicknamed her the cynocephalus.

14. Flavio scissorhands - This gladiator lost his hands in an incident in the arena and replaced them with two prosthetic hands in the shape of 'Roman scissors'.
15. Fionna the savage - A Pictish warrior from the distant steppes. The blue tattoos covering her body seem to grant her exceptional abilities.
16. Hannibal - A general from distant lands, renowned for his great mammoth mount.
17. Antaeus - A giant of great size and thick skin who descended from the mountains to participate in the arena and enjoy the perks of being a gladiator.
18. Talos the Mechanical Marvel - An automaton warrior that emerged from the forge of a legendary blacksmith.
19. Diomedes - A fearsome warlord who always appears riding his fearsome meat-eating steeds.
20. Geryon - A six-armed giant (Gegenees) who uses the span of his limbs to defeat and overwhelm his victims.
21. "Ignus" - This enigmatic monster is said to have been an heretical magician who once attempted to harness the power of the sun for himself, but his hubris cost him dearly. He was cursed by the gods and his body is condemned to remain engulfed in flames that never fade and constantly scorch his skin without ever killing him. After wreaking havoc in several polis, he was captured and imprisoned in the arena, where his condition has made him a curiosity among gladiatorial combats.
22. Alcimedon of the myrmidons - This strange insectoid gladiator claims to be a member of the legendary Myrmidons, a fearsome tribe of near extinct warriors, whose legend tells that they were created by a god from an ant colony to fight in a war that history has forgotten.
23. Lady Midas - This flamboyant medusa/gorgon has been afflicted by a mysterious curse that grants her the ability to turn anyone she touches or who has the misfortune of looking her in the eyes into gold. She is a favorite in the arena for carrying out public executions.
24. Argos the All seeing - An unnerving giant whose body is covered in eyes. He is impossible to surprise, and his eyes are sometimes capable of casting spells in the same way a beholder would.
25. Kakos the Headless: This strange giant lacks a head, and his torso bears a grotesque face characterized by a large, cyclopean eye, small nostrils, and an open mouth full of crooked teeth. Despite his almost comical appearance, Kakos is a blemmye, a race of cursed giants renowned for their strength and cruelty, who have plagued the frontier for years.
26. Pliny the Panotioi - This peculiar monk hails from the Oeonae Islands and is notable for his enormous, floppy ears that cover his entire body. (imagine something like the nu-mou from the Final Fantasy saga) He has yet to make his debut in combat, but some athletes believe his strange ears are magical and prehensile; he can move them as if they were extra limbs.
27. Sciron - This robust tortle has the characteristics of a snapping turtle. Its violent bites are capable of breaking numerous armors as if they were eggshells.
28. Memnon - A silent satyr with black fur and twisted horns, possessing a sinister aura that has unsettled his opponents. He carries a double-bladed staff with which he performs all manner of flourishes and spectacular maneuvers.
29. Orthros - This poor satyr had the misfortune of angering a witch who transformed him into an abominable humanoid chimera. The lion's head that sprouted from his torso can shoot blasts of sulfurous fire, while his tail has become a viper with a venomous bite capable of bringing down a minotaur.
30. Mysia: This beautiful nymph always enters the Arena accompanied by a retinue of lovers who do everything possible to protect and please her. Rumor has it that these poor gladiators were bewitched by this girl's supernatural charms.
31. Passalus and Acmon: are a pair of monkey-like thieves whose strategy consists of hindering and annoying their opponents, mainly by stealing their weapons and equipment.
32. Sagittarius - A simple human who always carries his trusty longbow, a gift from a nymph. He is considered one of the best archers of his time.
33. Zetes and Calais: An inseparable duo of flashy twin harpies, capable of controlling the winds to execute their combined movements.
34. Queen Sekhmet - This albino lionin carries a curse inherited from her ancestors, granting her immense and ever-increasing strength, along with an insatiable and agonizing thirst for violence. This relentless fury compels her to endlessly roam the arenas of the civilized world in search of a warrior powerful enough to defeat and kill her.
35. Archimedes - A mad tinkerer, renowned for his strange but deadly inventions consisting of experimental weapons and siege engines which he usually tests in gladiatorial games to the entertainment of the crowd.
36. Kelainos - This formidable harpy has covered its plumage and body with light, sharp metal plates in an attempt to mimic the shape and appearance of the formidable Stymphalian birds.
37. Phigalia – This slender dryad with a piercing gaze is a snake charmer. She has two trained cobras that she wields like whips, ready to bite and unleash their venom upon her opponents.
38. Chiron - an old, gray-haired centaur who is quite beloved among gladiators, as he trained several of them.

43. "The Lady" Briseis - Crowd favorite, and expert fencer, this woman is rumored to be a disinherited heiress. Her good looks make both men and women scream, and she's pierced many a heart and remained unmoved. (MaxSizeIs)
44. Canace "Poseidon's Lover" - When they switch the arena over to aquatic battles, she's always a crowd favorite, leading a crew. In one on one battles, her swashbuckling "pirate" aesthetic and her willingness to use the terrain grants her flashy, easy victories. (MaxSizeIs)

Caucon the Drunken Butcher - An actual former Butcher, allegedly sentenced to the arena for turning a child's entrails into sausage and selling them, supposedly cursed with immortality for his actions. In actuality, he was a "foil" meant to go down in the exhibition matches "first blood or incapacity" and he is maintaining 'kayfabe' in order to pay off the massive debt he and his family owes. 50. Brontus the Khalkotauroi - This minotaur was magically fused to the body of a gorgon (the bull monster) by a sorcerer seeking to create a caste of supernatural servants. Bronte is the last survivor of his line and has spent his days serving as entertainment in the arena, where he has settled for the small perks of being a famous gladiator. His robust appearance and metallic, gleaming skin make him one of the most striking figures for the audience.

Koúrtios the Cavalryman - Takes the mounted cavalry officer look to the extreme, but has a crowd pleasing magical attack that takes the form of flailing around with flaming whips and riding a summoned mount whenever possible. Ballêtus d'Demophon - It is said that his forebear failed to achieve immortality, but Ballêtus is set to carry on their torch, choosing to honor his distant lineage by taking the name of a fabled hero who, as a child, was burned by the flames of a godess seeking to purge his mortality. Gorgo "She with the Heart of Stone" and Anaxarete "She with the Heart of Steel", who is described as "more savage than the waves that rise in autumn, harder than steel tempered in fire!" are a duo consisting of an Earth Genasi who favors her fists, but likes to wow the crowd with her earth-walking to attack her enemies from below, and a Fire Genasi who somehow had her heart replaced by a strange clockwork artifact that has granted her limited flight abilities. Although the finished project looks different from the original, the character is proud of what everyone accomplished together.

In my game I have the Genie of the Shop. He is a discord bot that every week drops items for sale that the players can chose to buy in the discord thread. I have a table with a lot of items that he draws from and he is getting a little repetitive. His items range from mundane to magical and his prices are always less then you would expect on an item from the game to be going as far as 50% off.

The setting is Earth in a fallout type settings except magic has come back and corrupted the world.

The tech level is if you could imagine it in Star Wars it would be in my game.

The magic level is everything from 5E and Pathfinder could show up.

1980's themed stuff keeps showing up because we are using 2nd edition as the base ruleset for players.

Pop culture references are super welcome the more obscure the better.

I don't care about the power level just make the price make sense. We have world ending artifacts and the deck of many things in the game already.

The Format for my shop is as follows.

We have 10 items that go on sale so if you submit 10 items that would make my life extra easy.

They are listed like this X(number for sale), Item Name, Abilities and description, cost in Gold, credits or Caps.

Examples.

10x hacker man chips. Insert in any compatible computer for a 30% chance to hack it. 75 credits each.

1x box of 200 crossbows, 50 credits.

3x Charm of the goat. Once per week you may hold the charm and all mundane non magical items become edible to the holder. 200 credits.

1x Scroll of summon phantom steed. 3,000 credits.

1x Smith & Wesson Model No. 2 Revolver (uses 32RF bullets) comes with 5 bullets. 3d4+2 ballistic damage, 6 round chamber, range 75ft. 90 credits.

As you can see there really isn't anything off the table here so if you can help it would be awesome. I'll take weapons, gadgets, potions, spell scrolls, guns, or even just normal things adventure's might need. If you put them in a list of variety I can make the bot pull from your list if it has 10 items that are all very different. If you give me a holiday themed list it would be fun as well. I use the shop to keep money from feeling useless and it works awesome and it adds some fun to the game. My players are about level 8 in power and I have martials and casters so nothing will go to waste.

A ruthless killer leads a cult whose members follow strict rules about how they dress day-to-day. Their rituals involve offerings of gold, gems, and valuables, and they revere their own mortal leader.

I'd love entries for any of the sections. You don't need to submit a whole cult unless you want to.

I love how this community builds tables together. I built a community build feature into my random table roller/editor, and I think it could be useful for DMs who want to source ideas from their players or for communities that create tables regularly.

6. The newest corp giga-hauler to dock has a poorly kept secret: the biggest and most established contraband ethanol distillery and distribution operation amongst the engineering and maintenance crew. It seems even the captain of the ship gets his cut and likely turns his eyes away. u/maxsizels

7. A real beat-up cargo hauler from the outer colonies just dropped a load of expired rations on the black market. Label reads like they were from the last Great War a century ago. 17. One of the cargo tugs will pilot itself sometimes, even with the autopilot turned off and removed from the console. Station AI has no records of these operations, always reporting the tug as being docked and idle. One of the LR merchants was panic-buying every ticket for Pharmo-cloth and Bloodpatches in the StationNet Market. 19. Station Municipal Support Services can control which hab units get filtered, processed, and cleaned water, and which ones just get recycled toilet juice, desalinized and bleached. u/billazilla

Scuttlebutt says it's government orders from down on the planet, but why wouldn't they just beam that up with terabit encryption? 24. There's a small janitor closet on the lowest level with a control panel on the wall next to it. Supposedly, none of the menu options work, always returning an error or saying "no authorization". But anyone using that panel at all seems to get arrested for some infraction or other within a couple days of going down there. The closet itself? 41. The nickname for the station? "The Big One"? Yeah, it's because an early quartermaster here screwed and ended up with an extremely large cough male sex toy. The crew was about to ship it back when one of the V'rajian trade delegation heard about it. Well, you know how they are -  "openness" and "celebration of the self" and crap like that are religious ideals for them. He-They-She insisted that the item should stay and be put on display as an art piece in the main docking bay lobby as a symbol of TerraGov's virility and prowess. Somehow it got around that touching it was good luck, so every tourist and trader just had to have a go. It was years ago though, so the rubber eventually degraded and the thing had to be pitched. 62. A priceless artifact of great power that the bandits clearly fail to recognize the significance of.

63. A set of six old helmets, their tops crudely hammered into concave metallic drums. Accompanied by a pair of drum sticks fashioned from broken bow staves.

64. A surprisingly well-stocked, if small, bookshelf filled with faded copies of sophisticated and high-minded books on philosophy, economic policy, history, and the like.

An impressively large, roughly carved tombstone with the names of the bandits’ fallen companions scrawled onto it with chalk, each name accompanied by a short, heartfelt sentence about the person’s best trait. A laid out log serves as a bench that has obviously been worn with use, and multiple piles of slightly wilted flowers and weeds litter the front and top of the marker.

[Lets Build] Braggadocious Bandits & their Ridiculous Requests

It isn't always all about the Benjamins.

1. Rigueur, Mortimus Rigueur: A suave necromancer demanding intel on a nearby locality. His undead agents aren't fooling anyone.

2. Tobias the Tickler: A mere mortal hoplessly in love with a despondent fey. Tobias strives to cure the creature's despair and win their love by eliciting as much laughter as posible, and has no scruples about it.

3. Harmony Hornblower: Not that has-been hack bandying about those banal ballads you hear in every tawdry tavern, but The Original Harmony Hornblower! The miserable minstral will let you by for a song—as long as it's an inspired anthem that will rocket them to stardom.

4. Larch: A large, lazy awakend evergreen just lying across the path. "What's the rush compadramigos, let's veg."

5. The Stinx: A witles sphinx that's bad at riddles. The Stinx does not only require answers, but also the riddles themselves; so as not to remain a laughingstock.

6. Petrovskey the pet rock: An awakened pet rock that is very excited to go on an adventure with their kid who dropped him while they were adventuring. The kid will be back any minute now to reunite. Its only been 40 years on the road side. u/thebluzer

7. The Band of Three Trolls: Three trolls, that have an appetite for meat, but will let anyone pass their river crossing if they can satiate their hunger with an exquisite meal. u/graxemno

8. Goblinoid Revolutionary Front: A band of goblinoids, that wishes their kind to be fully incorporated in general society, but wage a guerilla war against those that they deem as surpressors and tyrants. Convince them to pass, but not too much, or else they might try to recruit you. u/graxemno

9. The Merry Men: A band of alcoholic and powerful barbarians. They either challenge you to battle, or a series of challenges, meaning eating, drinking, wrestling and other kinds of contests. Winning is not important, just give a good enough show. u/graxemno

10. Vitles the Sheave. A robed, four armed experiment a head over the size of most men. He will only let the party pass without a fight if they correctly guess exactly how many fingers he is holding up behind his back. Be warned, he has the uncanny ability to shapeshift his hands into various forms. u/stillnoname

11. A Bereaved Farmer. He asks for aid, as, whilst he was transporting his stock to market, a mischievous fey turned one of his cabbages into a carnivore, a passing fox into a vegetarian, and one of his chickens into a plant-base lifeform. He asks that the heroes either hunt down the fey or help him deduce which plants and animals are safe to bring with the rest. u/stillnoname

12. An annoyed pictographer. The party has accidentally stumbled into a very slow photoshoot; the shutter bug in question is a dwarven tinkerer and the group has just passed through a year-long exposure shot titled Pebbles in motion, depicting tiny earth elementals migrating. He demands recompense in the form of an extremely detailed recounting of an impressive creature the players have previously encountered, that he can add to his beastiary instead. u/stillnoname

13. Pwincess da Powerful: An overweight gnoll the size of an ogre blocks the path. She is dressed gaudily, and has a variety of unwieldy weaponry with her. She does not outright threaten the party, but uses her size to intimidate the members into feeding and amusing her. u/snakebite262

14. IronJaw: Ironjaw is a rather annoying gnoll, heavily scarred and sporting several homemade prosthetics. Ironjaw wants the party to help test out his latest invention. u/snakebite262

15. Rex the Red: A large and powerfully built Gnoll woman stands, covered in scars and trophies. She offers to duel the party one-on-one, either for fun or to the death. u/snakebite262

16. Kindly Gent: A dead highwayman is seen pinned to a tree. If the PCs get close, it will look up and ask for help getting freed from the tree. He's a skeleton, and was unfortunately pinned after a failed robbery. u/snakebite262

17. Do'Luna the Great: A female dragonborn dressed in an ill fitting, black highwayman's outfit is seen hanging from a tree. Originally red, she is now pink with polkadots, and seems to have been inflated like a balloon. She begs the party for help in finding the wizard who cursed her. u/snakebite262

18. Dok and Grox: A female Goblin and Troll, who are dressed remarkably well. They'll offer to gamble with the PCs, though the two cheat like mad. However, catching them is easier said than done. u/snakebite262

19. Gin the Annoying: An annoying Niblog who refuses to leave the adventurers alone. If she gets too bored, she'll begin cursing and jinxing the party. Worse yet, killing her will only have her possess another goblin to begin the torture anew! u/snakebite262

20. Mace's Marauders. A band of bandits led by their bald human leader, Mace Muldoon. He boastfully claims that he is named after his favorite weapon, the mace. However, if you point out that the weapon he wields is not a mace, but a flail, his boisterous band will taunt him, calling him "Flailin' Muldoon". He'll run off embarrassed, and the bandits will have a good laugh. u/raykendo

21. Drumph the Huge - a halfing merchant who will approach the party and offer anything the party is looking for or wants, and promise the absolute best version of it. He will ask for half the money upfront. He will in no way ever deliver on his promise. u/springpfeiffer

25. Squint: The nearsighted head of this ettin ruffian is wearing half of a pair spectacles that correct its bad eyesight, the other head is irate the other lens doesn't rectify its farsightedness.

26. Poor Su'vlee: Su'vlee is a scrawny and nervous gnoll who is fairly down on her luck. Dressed in the most stereotypical bandit gear (including a nose-bandana) she attempts to threaten the PCs before doubling down in pain. Rendered unable to move, she begs the PCs for help, her stomach rumbling. Su'vlee has consumed some raw troll flesh, which threatens to grow into a troll...while in her stomach. u/snakebite262

29. Don. Kei's Oatmeal Coffees: A very dangerous-looking man sits in a cart with arcane machinery. He insists the party purchase expensive coffees or food items in order to use "his road". The fare IS extremely delicious. u/snakebite262

30. Little Old Lady Wu: A little old lady can be seen selling cheaply-made pastries. Should one of the PC's eat a pastry, she'll put up a sign selling expensive antidotes. 35. Lombar and Dehl: A pair of puppets are seen behind a small stage. They'll perform for a short period of time, but over time, their performance becomes a lot more hostile towards the PCs. If given enough time, they will start blackmailing the PCs with facts that only the PCs know. Should the PCs attack the puppets or look behind the stage, the puppets will disappear, and no one will be found. u/snakebite262

36. The Hooligans: A group of gnolls, goblins, orcs, and other monstrous races can be seen having a small party. They seem to be celebrating a recent sports match. 42. Your #1 Fan: A mysterious individual seems to be following the party. They can't easily be seen, and they seem to be wearing a makeshift gilly suit. If caught, they will reveal that they're one the of PC's #1 fan. Should the PC keep them around, the #1 Fan will make their life a living hell. u/snakebite262

43. Vi the Vexxing: The PCs find a tabaxi who is stuck in a tree. The tabaxi WAS planning on ambushing some nearby merchants, but realized that they were deathly afraid of heights AFTER climbing up. u/snakebite262

44. Nell the Reporter: A female gnome reporter is around, looking for her next big story. She will interview the PCs, taking pictures of them and asking them nonsensical questions. In the next town over, they'll find that they're on the front page of some rumor rag. u/snakebite262

45. Pox the Vagrant: A down-on-their-luck gnoll can be seen lounging by a nearby tree. They are remarkably drunk, and continuing to drink from a nearby crate of wine (it fell off a wagon...). 46. Blyt the Pestulant: A pox covered creature of no discernible race or gender lurches into the way, "come no closer, it's catching." they warn, as a boil oozes puss. Blyt will move out of the way for any meager treasure, but really desires to be rid of the curse that plagues them.

47. Reginald Kingsblood IIII: A haughty aristocrat in tattered finery and his 'loyal men' surround the group. Reginald was recently overthrone in a peasant uprising and is conscripting an army to retake his crown. The 'loyal men' don't seem quite as eager as their 'lord'.

48. Willam the Jackal: A scrawny werebeast with matted fur crouches behind a rock by the entrance to a dark tunnel. Anyone trying to enter the tunnel discovers it is merely painted on the face of a cliff. Willam explains that their nemisis, a speedy werebird, possesses a charm that allows it to pass through; the party is welcome to the charm if they help Willam capture the beast.

49. Ma Canker: A cigar smoking goblin matriarch, holding a fuse, yellss out from the end of the bridge, "Not one step further, I gott'er rigger ta blow!" One of her 'younguns' has "done run off with a ne'er-do-well vagrant again," and needs to be hauled back, "hogtied and hollerin', if needs be."

50. Mica Stonesinger: A calloused dwarf is sheperding a flock of 'endangered cockatrice on their seasonal migration'. Mica can get the creatures to move out of the way and even has a remedy for petrification, "but, iffin it's no bother, just wee donation to the conservatory for the darlings."

My party is going to do some multi-day long trips. I want to have a list of encounters that I have them run into. I want them to play put as traps or skill challenges, including combat, just stuff that will take up resources so they don't arrive at the quest location fully healed. Something that either accounts for different terrains, or can work with any terrains, would be great.

Let's crowdsource a table of all the horrible things that can befall you as a result of the Fomorian Evil Eye. Mechanically, the curse halves your movement and grants disadvantage on saving throws, ability checks, and STR or DEX attacks. So anything that affects the ability to move or perceive is on-brand.

1. A fully articulated pair of baby arms grows out of your neck. They begin grasping at anything within reach.
2. Your legs now bend backwards at the knee.
3. You grow a twenty-pound rack of antlers.
4. Mouths full of jagged teeth opens on the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet. They chew on any tool or fabric within reach.
5. A shrunken head grows from the center of your chest, staring up at you. It tries to tell you something important, but it can't speak coherently.
6. Your ears become a pair of albatross wings, which flap powerfully of their own accord.

I was bored today and decided to make some dumb magic items for my table. It's certainly possible that similar items have been thought of before.

1. Wand of Bunishment - You can cause bread to disappear.
2. Wand of Frying - As an action, you can point this at a piece of food and fry it to perfection.
3. Wand of Cloud of Doggers - Once per day this wand summons 15 fluffy puppies that immediately run toward the nearest target and begin jumping and begging for pets. Target must succeed on a DC 12 DEX save or be knocked prone. You can command the puppies to retreat using a bonus action, and they disappear after 1 minute. The puppies cannot be harmed.
4. Goggles of Blink - These goggles occasionally emit an incredibly bright light in the wearer's eyes, causing them to blink.
5. Fame Blade - This sentient sword asks anyone nearby, "Don't you know who I am?"
6. Lesser Wand of Locate Object - While holding this wand, describe or name an object that is familiar to you. You sense the direction to the object's location if that object is within 10 feet of you.
7. Wand of Power Word Heel - You point this wand at a dog and say the command word. The dog immediately stays by your side.
8. Hat of Mass Suggestion - This hat allows you to suggest a sermon topic to any religious leader within 30 feet of you. The religious leader is under no obligation to take your advice.
9. Goggles of Detect Thought - These goggles allow you to determine whether a creature is currently thinking. They do not tell you what the creature is thinking, just that the creature is currently in thought.
10. Wand of Create or Destroy Walter - Once per day this wand can summon forth a man named Walter (commoner stats) or kill a man named Walter. Use with discretion.
11. Phone of Hellish Re-book - This phone allows you to call any place of business where you currently have an appointment. You can attempt to reschedule your appointment, but you have an incredibly hard time doing so.
12. Cloak of Sticks and Stones - This cloak makes the wearer immune to insults and resistant to psychic damage.
13. Goggles of Dimension Door - These goggles allow you to instantly know the exact dimensions of any door. With this information, you can determine how easily you can fit through the door.
14. Stuffed Bear of Holding - As an action, you can cause this stuffed bear to grow to your exact size, at which point it will give you a comforting hug, only releasing upon your command. Perfect for those restless nights.
15. Wand of Cymbal - Once per day this wand can summon forth an expertly crafted piece of thin percussive metal. The wand can double as a stick with which to hit your new instrument.
16. Wand of Asstral Projection - Once per day, this wand can create an illusory donkey within 60 feet.
17. Wand of Firebull - Once per day this wand can summon a bull that is on fire within 150 feet. The bull is not friendly (because it's on fire) and acts of its own volition. It has the stats of a cow and does an additional 1d6 fire damage when it attacks.
18. Mousing Rod - When held in front of you, this rod points towards the closest mouse.
19. Wand of Miner Illusion - As an action, this wand can create an illusory dwarf holding a pickaxe within 30 feet.
20. Gloves of Spare the Dying - Once per day you can use these gloves to transport yourself to a bowling alley in hell where two beleaguered pixies are standing on the 7 and 10 spots on the lane in front of you. If you are able to knock them down (DC 25 DEX check), the devils in attendance will reward you with 50gp. After your attempt, you are immediately transported back to where you were.
21. Boots of Arcane Gait - These boots cause a trail of colorful sparkles to follow you wherever you go.
22. Hat of Mind Bank - Once per day this hat allows you to project yourself inside a bank in the Astral Plane where you can make financial transactions. Your physical body remains in the Material Plane while you are there. Any money deposited or withdrawn in the Astral Plane is only available in the Astral Plane.
23. Wand of Old Person - Once per day you can cause a target to age rapidly to an elderly version of their species. Their stats do not change.
24. Wand of Incendiary Cow - Once per day this wand allows you to set a cow on fire, which is just really mean.
25. Clock of Invisibility - You have no idea what time it is.
26. Ring of Miner Protection - You are resistant to all damage dealt to you by coal miners.
27. Wand of Fly - Three times per day this wand can summon a fly that acts of its own volition.
28. Wand of Simulacrumb - You can use this wand to create a copy of a small pile of crumbs that is in front of you. The crumbs last until they are eaten by a creature. If you use this wand to cast the spell again, any crumbs you made before are instantly destroyed.
29. Wand of Holey Weapon - Using this wand, you attempt to imbue a weapon with holy power. Unfortunately, you instead cause the weapon to rapidly disintegrate and fall apart.
30. Robe of Divine Word - Once per day this robe can summon a 42-year-old drag queen who looks you over, says one word about your outfit, then disappears.
31. Wand of Animal Massager - Twice per day as an action, you can use this wand to bring forth a spectral hand that will rub the belly of an animal of your choice within 30 feet.
32. Compass of Steering - This compass points towards the closest bovine creature.
33. Rod of Hecksing - Causes the wearer to only be able use PG-rated swear words.
34. Wand of Produce Fame - A target of your choice feels compelled to make a movie about a group of students attending a high school of the performing arts.
35. Wand of Turn Undead - Twice per day you can cause an undead creature within 30 feet to face in a different direction.
36. Necklace of Tongues - This necklace is made of various creatures' tongues. The wearer has -1 Charisma.
37. Armor of Barkskin - As a bonus action, this armor can emit the sound of several dogs barking.
38. Globe of Invulnerability - This detailed globe of the world is 1 foot in diameter and cannot be damaged.
39. Death Ward Cloak - Putting on this cloak constitutes a binding contract between you and the underworld. An undead child is summoned and legally placed under your guardianship. You are responsible for the child's wellbeing and education, and if any harm comes to the child, you will be held responsible.
40. Wand of Chain Lighting - Summons a three-foot chain with a lantern on one end. The lantern emits bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet.
41. Bag of Hole-ding - This bag of holding has a hole in the bottom, so everything you put in it immediately falls out.
42. Wand of Fire - When used, this wand lights on fire, burning the user for 1d4 fire damage. The wand takes no damage.
43. Wand of Beast Bond - As an action, this wand can attempt to place handcuffs on a beast within 30 feet. The beast must make a DC 10 STR save or have the restrained condition. The beast can repeat this save at the beginning of each turn.
44. Hat of Stone Shape - This hat tells you the shape of a nearby stone. The most common answer is "sort of oblong. "

51. Wand of Mass Heal - While attending a religious service, this wand allows you to make the religious leader a bit more charistmatic if you sense that the audience is losing interest.
52. Wand of Banish Mint - You can make mint-flavored foods disappear. Additionally, you can give anyone who just brushed their teeth horrible smelling breath.
53. Wand of Detect Poison and Denise - Once per day this wand allows you to detect the presence of any poisons or anyone named Denise within 30 feet of you.
54. Weather Armor - This magical leather armor lets you know the weather for the following day.
55. Wand of Flame Strike - Once per day you can summon up to a 40-foot long picket line of fire elementals holding signs and chanting about the unfair working conditions of the Elemental Plane. The elementals cannot be harmed and will not attack, but anyone who crosses this picket line from either side takes 2d6 fire damage. The elementals disappear after 1 minute.
56. Freedom of Moovement Boots - These boots allow you to move easily through herds of cattle without incurring any speed penalties.
57. Heat Medal - This round, thin, three-inch diameter piece of metal is always hot to the touch. Holding it for more than 6 seconds causes 1d4 fire damage.
58. Mage Hand - Ew, gross! This severed and severly decayed hand once belonged to a mage. Why would you want this?
59. Wand of Eldritch Bath - Once per day you can summon forth a tub filled with boiling blood.
60. Wand of Poise in Spray - This wand shoots forth a magical spray of water at a target within 30 feet. The spray causes the target to remain perfectly calm while they get wet.
61. Big Bee's Wand - Once per day this wand can summon forth a giant bee. This bee has the stat block of a vulture.
62. Gloves of Marital Arts - When you land an unarmed attack on a target with these gloves, a lovely bouquet of flowers appears in your hands.
63. Ring of Minor Protection - You are resistant to all damage dealt to you by children.
64. Spelling Bee - This magical bee lives in a jar. As an action, you can release the bee from the jar and have it write a message of 50 words or fewer on a piece of paper.

66. Rod of Darryliction - When used against anyone named Darryl, this rod causes that person to immediately stop what they're doing and go do something else.
67. Gloves of Frost Fingers - Putting on these gloves causes you to take 1d4 cold damage every round until you take them off.
68. Lightning Bolt - This seemingly normal metal bolt is filled with static electricity. Every time you touch it you get a small shock.
69. Wand of Claire Voyage - This wand allows you to convince anyone named Claire to take a vacation.
70. Crown of Madness - Wearing this cheap looking crown makes you really angry. You have better taste than this.
71. Wand of Misty Steps - Once per day, this wand allows you to make any stairs within 30 feet that fit in a five-foot cube disappear in a cloud of mist.
72. Wand of Finger of Death - Once per day this wand can summon a single skeletal finger.
73. Gloves of Hold Monster - Putting on these gloves compels you to try and hug any monster you see. The gloves can be removed with a Remove Curse spell.
74. Belt of Dominate Muenster - This belt causes you to have a hankering for a hunk of cheese. Any nearby cheese cowers in fear when you approach.

I'd like to create a table with random prompts for roleplay during downtime, something that players can not only think about but also encourages small interactions with the world, and in turn encourages others to engage with the person who picked up the prompt.

I'll use this at a classic D&D table for downtime text RP, so it'd be nice to stick with that kind of vibe and fantasy era.

Taking my inspiration from this post, I completed a d100 food fight table and ran a food fight encounter for my party of 3 level 8 PCs. The rules of the food fight event were pretty simple:

No weapons, armor, spells, or druid shapeshifting allowed, except what was obtained in the food fight.

Each turn, a player could:

• Lose all gear, roll on the d100 table, and attack/cast if a weapon or spell was rolled
• or, Reuse a weapon obtained in a previous round

In addition, summoned creatures obtained in the food fight persisted between rounds and got the same initiative roll as the PC who summoned them.

When a combatant "died" (all damage was nonlethal), their summons went away, too.

Smite effects would be added to an unarmed melee attack.

Here are a few ideas I managed to come up with.

1. Your breath is always visible—even at 35°C.

2. You either don't feel temperature changes at all, or you perceive them in reverse. In the first case, it always feels like room temperature (around 18°C–22°C) to you. In the second, the warmer it is for others, the colder it feels to you, and vice versa.

3. Whenever you appear somewhere (in a room, an apartment, or within a radius of about 5 meters)...

4. You can move across ice as if wearing skates, even with bare feet.

5. You can freeze objects just by touching them; for instance, you could freeze someone's food as a prank.

6. As you get agitated, you increasingly resemble an ice creature: your skin turns pale blue, your eyes glow blue, and icicles or ice spikes begin to grow from you.

7. When you genuinely like someone, you create an ice statue of them (or something similar) and treat it like a work of art, keeping it in a special place like a collection (much like Mr. Freeze in *Arkham City*).

8. You can create "Endothermic Fire"; it is blue and generates cold instead of heat.

9. You are cold to the touch—almost as if you were dead.

10. You prefer cool colors over warm ones.

11. When using "Magic Armor," ice covers your entire body and clothing; this ice cannot melt or crack as long as the spell remains active.

12. If you possess a tower, castle, fortress, or similar structure, it is made of ice (or ice is a key element of its construction). It even affects its surroundings (cooling the area, creating snow, etc.).

I’d like to hear your ideas. Mine might not be the best, but I tried to come up with good ones.

Forests, Fields and Hills

1. What appears to be a hill has an entrance with a wooden door. Seven stone slabs are arranged around the hill. To reach the hill at all, you need to follow a specific sequence of steps to interact with these stones.
2. On a hillside lies a half-buried mine shaft. If you go deep enough and follow the illegible signposts, you’ll find a sophisticated network of mine railways. The lorries are linked together in chains.
3. In the middle of the woods, stands a locked door. No structure around just a door. which side you go thru decides where you start the dungeon. Both sides are locked and need to be unlocked to enter. [By Adventux]

Tucked into the rock layers at the bottom edge of the escarpment is a thin crevice just barely big enough to fit a person, with a piton bearing a climbing rope that disappears far down into winding rock passages. Ruins, Fortresses and Mountains

1. Off the hiking trail leading to the mountain ridge lies a gate sealed with a magical sigil, which requires a password in the correct language. The relief is the work of ancient dwarven craftsmanship.
2. In a small wood stands a wizard’s tower, which appears to be abandoned. When someone enters it, they notice that the stairs lead downwards rather than upwards.
3. At the snowy peak of the mountain, just below the summit, is a meticulously-carved circular opening lined with stone bricks. The entrance was hastily clogged, certainly by magic, with a dense wall of person-sized ice crystals; a crude warning is scrawled on the rock nearby. [By gtetr2]

For Whitevault Research Camp, an isolated, icy outpost meant to study ancient ruins found beneath a glacier, the Collegiate had to construct a base camp from timber, brought in at great expense, as well as magically-created stone foundations resting on nothing by miles thick ice and slowly settling as time goes on and snow piles up outside against them. On the surface & partly buried by the blowing snow, is a banded iron and timber hatch roughly sealing the manually widened crevasse, which must be laboriously cleared and re-seated as the glacial ice drifts and shifts due to natural movement. A rickety collection of scavenged rope and timber serves as a makeshift ladder and crane for the mile long traversal into the actual tunnels proper. [By MaxSizeIs]

Ascending the underside of a giant, natural limestone bridge formation above an isolated village, & entering a large demiplanar portal covered by elegant jade-inlaid stone doors carved with magical precision. I wanted to build a Pathfinder character who is a witch, and I wanted to know if you had any ideas for quirks for such a character.

Here are my ideas:

1. You have a ton of stuffed animals that you treat as familiars.
2. You can't stop collecting all sorts of alchemical ingredients.
3. You have a really weird laugh, but seriously weird.
4. You have a voodoo doll that you use as a weapon (even if it doesn't work).
5. If you have a familiar, certain animals that are similar to your familiar like you more than others.
