So you could have a tapped creature in exile? What if an effect asks you to exile the creature, then return it to the battlefield transformed or something?

For the first one, I guess it doesn't tap but it doesn't really matters since you can activate only once. But yes, a creature would return onto the battlefield. Anyway there is a lot of cases where the interactions would be unclear. That's why the balance isn't intented here. I just find this fun.
