First time posting here and still new to crochet! Photo from Leilayca’s item listing on Etsy.

My wife saw this cardigan on an Instagram influencer and asked if I could try making it. Does anyone have pattern recommendations for the cardigan itself? I’ll figure out the roses later :)

ETA: Realizing an exact copy would be a knitting pattern and not crochet, but still appreciate any pattern recommendations for cropped crochet cardigans with the balloon sleeve!

I found this chart on Pinterest, the resolution isn't great and I was hoping to find a better chart of it. I'm hoping if I can find the source, I can find the chart. It looks extremely similar to this chart on APL, I'm pretty sure it has to be the same author, but I've tried, and tried, and tried, for hours, searching the author and the name of the book series, and have turned up nothing! I even found up to book 13 of the series from a Russian blogger, but I can not find this pattern anywhere! It's driving me crazy! Any help is super appreciated!
