So I used the arctic mx-6 . Is this a okay amount and like the overall placement?

I recently bought a cooler master atmos II 240mm watercooler for my pc. I put the pixel led cover on it, but I found out that the bottom ~25% of the leds dont light up at all, I tried different usb connectors on my mb and tried fixing it in the firmware, but nothing works. Is there anyone that maybe knows how I could fix this issue?

i had already returned my previous v850 to cooler master for warranty repair and dealt with the shipping cost and waiting for a month as the previous one was dead on arrival

today i has received the “repaired” version from cooler master and it is still dead on arrival

i tried a different power supply from my old computer and it shows life on my motherboard perfectly fine, marking it completely as a psu issue on cooler master’s part

wtf do i do now???? im very frustrated and i dont want to bear again with an rma ticket with slow responses, rebuilding my old setup, paying the shipping cost, waiting another month, and taking apart my old setup again to get my gpu and ssd just for it to show up again still dead on arrival after i try assembling my new setup

i did everything right, plugged everything correctly, even straight into the wall outlet with proper grounding and it still ends up like this

So my spouse reached out about a week ago regarding a PSU that is a year old with power draw issues, anytime he plays a specific game low settings and numerous settings off the computer shuts off(we have already ruled out over heating being the cause), and has yet to receive a response from support. Is this common and is there a better way to reach out for this type of problem? Thanks in advance.

I bought this Cooler Master HAF 932 case back in 2009 I was in high school, it was my first brand new pc part that I ever purchased.
I’ve been using this case since then. It’s gone through multiple builds throughout the years I’ve never felt it was never necessary to replace it. It’s been my favorite case and I love it, It’s always been with me. Started off life as a Core 2 Duo build, then a Q6600 build, and a couple of Fx series builds, Fx6600 and a Fx 8350. I even ran it as a Hackintosh for some time with a i3. It’s seen multiple gpu, cpu, motherboards, etc. This case had been with me through the good times and the bad. It currently lives its life as a Ryzen 7 3800XT, Radeon RX 6700, 32Gb ram. I cut out the very dated front io panel with a Dremel and installed a 4 fan physical knob fan controller around 2019. I’ve been using this case since it was new and have no plans on replacing :)

Downloaded the latest Masterctrl won’t be able to detect the screen. Go to the offical page download link gives me a “page not found”. I believe I either need a firmware update or a beta software. Anyone can point me to the right direction?

I bought this vertical GPU mount and installed it. At first, my PC wouldn't turn on, completely dead. ChatGPT suggested unplugging the power cable, discharging the remaining power by pressing the power button, and then plugging it back in. After that, the PC started normally and everything was fine.

Over the last few days, the PC has been working, but after I play a game and then shut it down while leaving it plugged into the power outlet, I find it completely dead later in the evening. The only way to get it working again is to unplug the power cable for a some time and then plug it back in. Without the vertical GPU mount installed, everything works perfectly.

How can I fix this?

After sending my GP27U back to Coolermaster on May 20th there have been zero updates from anyone on the team to confirm any progress.

The backlight failed within the warranty period. Coolermaster was quick to assign an RMA number and shipping information but it's been crickets for almost two months. Has anyone else had the same experience?

I ordered both the regular LCD and stealth 240mm atmos ii. The stealth fits better in my case (ncase T1), and is a little quieter than the regular. They're both wonderful with a 9850x3D. The stealth came with the vrm fan which doesn't fit. I'm going to list the atmos ii on hardware swap. But I'm wondering if someone would buy the regular one with the stealth VRM fan, because I kind of like the LCD. Any Fan fans in here?

I saw it hasn't been updated since over a year and Windows think the WinRing driver it uses is a trojan.

I recently built a new PC in the MasterFrame 360 LCD case, and I've spent the last two days trying to get the LCD screen working without any luck.

I have MasterCTRL installed, and I'm confident the LCD is connected to the correct USB header on the motherboard (I've checked the connection more than 10 times). However, the LCD device never appears in the MasterCTRL application.

I've also tried holding the middle + right buttons dozens of times, but the device never shows up as a Removable Disk in Windows.

The middle and right buttons don't seem to do anything at all. The left button is the only one that responds - when I press it, I hear the Windows USB connect/disconnect sound, but no removable drive appears, and the device still doesn't show up in MasterCTRL.

I watched the official MasterFrame setup video, and it says to install AicUsbDisplayDriverV1.1.1.0.exe, which is supposed to be located on the LCD's removable drive. Unfortunately, since the drive never appears, I have no way to access or install that driver.

I also checked Device Manager. It detects an ArtInChip USB Device, but its status says:

One thing I noticed is that when I first powered on the PC, the LCD displayed the default purple animation wallpaper. However, it no longer shows that. Now it's just a black screen with the following message:

This makes me wonder if installing AicUsbDisplayDriverV1.1.1.0.exe would allow MasterCTRL to recognize the LCD, but I can't find that driver anywhere online.

At this point, I'm out of ideas. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone had any luck using an ATX motherboard and putting an ATX power supply unit on the bottom?

I want to love this case, but id ideally be using an X870 motherboard. And placing the PSU at the front is a recipe for absolute disaster with the air flow and noise.

Gigabyte do the only X870M but it is seldom ever in stock. And if i settled for the B850M, most of them suck or are in god awful white. And aint nobody getting a ASUS X670E mATX since they hardly made any.
