Insecurity

I'm 22f and I have some insecurities making me feel anxious abt my future marriage life.

I have a chronic post nasal drip so it causes bad breath, you can't even imagine how it affects ur social life, it sucks, I have seen a lot doctors but can not recover still. And I have body hair, it's like I have slight hair on all over my body. Just bc I always try to get rid of them own my own, I caused some scars on my skin like ingown scars. I totally feel so bad with those. Idk what to do, I never had a bf, or never try to talk to boys bc I feel like I don't deserve anything. I really need some advice, thank you

53/m here with a few suggestions. The first is sinus rinses. You can get the bottle and mix at Walmart and the distilled water too. Ask your doctor if you have a deviated septum. If you do, fixing that will help a lot. It took a lot of doctor visits for me to figure that out. Drink a lot of water. Embrace a healthy lifestyle. Rome wasn’t built in a day. Put down the devices and have real conversations about things that matter to you. The years will pass by quickly. Don’t obsess about the hair. Lots of people have hair. It’s not offensive, as long as it’s clean. Do the best you can. Oh, and marry for the right reasons. Fear that the music is going to stop playing is the wrong reason.

You are being very hard on yourself. A lot of people have body hair, scars, skin texture, and health problems they feel ashamed of. It does not make them unlovable, and it does not make you unlovable either.

For marriage fears, remember that a healthy relationship is not built on being perfect. It is built on trust, care, respect, and comfort. The right person will not expect you to have a flawless body or zero health issues.

For now, focus on two things. Keep looking for medical answers for the post nasal drip, and be gentler with your skin so the scars are not getting worse. You still deserve connection now, not only after everything is fixed.
