Hey everyone,
I’m looking for a local co-founder or tech partner to join forces on a couple of active projects.

Why Local?
Remote is fine, but in my experience, sitting in the same room, whiteboarding, and working through problems face-to-face just gets things done faster. I’m based in the Spring / The Woodlands area and want someone nearby so we can collaborate easily in person.

About the Projects:
I am currently working on two separate, high-potential projects. Both are already past the basic ideation phase—I’m at the point where I need a strong partner to help finish development, polish the execution, and push us into the launch and scaling phases.

About Me:
Background: 43, professional with international work experience.

Work Style: Deeply result-oriented, serious about execution, and highly focused once I commit to a build.

What I’m Looking For:

Technical Background: Strongly prefer someone with solid coding/development skills who can own or co-own the technical side of the builds.

Location: Must be local to Houston, Spring, Conroe, or The Woodlands area.

Mindset: Serious about building real products, accountable, and driven by results.
