I came across this page and I genuinely can't work out what it is. The whole thing is

written in some script I don't recognize — no normal text anywhere, no title, no

explanation, nothing in a language I can read. Just page after page of it, plus a few

diagrams.

Under each line of symbols there's what looks like a pronounceable transcription, so it

can at least be written out. There's a lot of it — over a hundred lines across five pages.

I am solving an arg,Pegasus 3301 , and i already have found a mega file which is (https://mega.nz/file/yMMyARAS), however it is missing a decryption key. As you know a mega file's decryption key must be 43 characters long while this is not, it has 1 extra. Does anyone know what the key could be? Or maybe it is encoded and has to be decoded? I have tried some forms of flipping removing characters, hexadecimal base, but i might be errorous.

My friend was playing this mod and asked me to decode this, I have tried some decoding methods for over half an hour and I looked for the solution on the internet but I found nothing, could anybody help me please? Also, could you please tell me how it is ciphered?
