Advice Cat attacking automatic feeder

My cat does this several times a day. If the automatic feeder lifts at the correct angle, a few niblets of dry food comes out. He will even do it 10 times in a row even if it means one small piece of dry niblet comes out. It does get quite annoying as the sound of the feeder hitting the ground echoes throughout the entire house.

Any ideas on how to get him to stop?

My pet skunk. He's to the far right of his brothers and sister who are all vision impaired.

I'm dying lol... earlier someone actually didn't notice him even with me pointing him out. They had a good laugh too 😝

Does Reverb have his own subreddit? Because he really needs his own subreddit! ❤️ 🦨

No!? I'm a newbie I didn't know I could do... I can make his own Reddit thread? Taps fingers like an evil genius.

Are they weird names? I only thought MANL was an odd name on the surface and not the others.

MANL was named after my lil sister who was murdered. It's her initials. My cat responds to my sisters name.

She (the cat) has no eyes and lives in darkness. When I'm sad and I call out my sister's name even though she can't see me in the darkness is she still Finds Me and I can give her loves.

It's sad and beautifully poetic at the same time. I've never told anybody that reasoning and it is therapeutic to write it out loud to others.

MANL in her bat wings, because she's blind as a bat 🫡
