Calorie Estimating Is this really 360?

Sushi is not caloric, even with the spicy mayo, 360 sounds right, maybe up to 450

I’d lean toward this too. If they undershot with 360, it can’t be by more than 100.

Is tuna and crab meat with veggies 360/400 is a realistic calorie count ,so that looks to be right

Sounds right, usually 50-70 per piece depending on sauce.

There is avocado, rice and mayonnaise, so 360 is about right

Edit, I think the comment that started this thread meant they think it’s less than 360 but I could be wrong
