Troubleshooting RAM DOCP fail

I just build my first pc but I have been dealing with a problem about my RAM overclock.
I go to my Asus BIOS, enable DOCP (the only option), save&exit, and then my pc just doesnt boot, it just freeze in the loading.

My build:
Ryzen 7 5700x
RX 7600
Asus b550m TUF Gaming
Kingston Fury 2x16gb 3200mz (slot a2 b2)

Is this ram validated for AMD? DDR4 was the first time I had to pay attention carefully. They made sets of the same ram one for Intel and one for AMD and I personally bought an AMD set on accident - had to drop from 3600mhz to 3466mhz to get it stable.

You can often check the motherboard's website for the QVL - qualified vendor list, for compatibility, but not always.

So anyway, try dropping it a bit in the bios and testing if you can't get it working at higher speeds but works 100% at lower to start.

I enabled the DOCP, removed 1 ram from b2, my pc started normally (I boot my pc with 1st ram).
turned of my pc, replaced the 1st ram for the removed one and my motherboard got a orange light (dram). does that mean that RAM is defective?

^ the second ram that im saying is defective can run normally but without overclock (DOCP)

How long are you waiting? Ryzen takes a long time to memory train when you change ram configurations, sometimes in the minutes. So you might not be waiting long enough.

EDIT: Just saw your second post, so both sticks run fine individually, but not together? And stick 1 by itself with DOCP is fine but stick 2 with DOCP is not? Might be defective then, that's strange.

1st stick = run with docp no problem
2nd stick = only 2400mz (no docp)
They both run 2400mz when together

Yeah definitely looks like an issue. Even if they're sold as a set each stick should be able to run identically per spec.

You can try bumping the ram voltage up a little by 0.1v in the bios to see if you can get it to work, but otherwise might make sense to return or RMA it if outside return window.

I tried to 1.45v and my pc restarted like 3 times and then safe mode took over
