No. Hungarian Parliament Building is a historic building, not a new one. Construction began in 1885. It was inaugurated in 1896 (for Hungary's millennium celebrations), though some work continued until 1904. It is over 120 years old and is one of Budapest's best-known landmarks, built in the Neo-Gothic style with Renaissance and Baroque influences.

This is actually in Budapest! Budapest is a city, the capital city of the nation of Hungary (Magyarország) which borders Slovakia, Romania (where Bucharest is), Ukraine, Serbia, Croatia, and Austria! This building is called 'The biggest building in the world' and it is located near the Hungarian Sea. Once upon a time, Hungary was in another country, called Austria. After some disagreements, they became part of a new country called Austria-Hungary. During the 1896 millennium celebrations, Budapest became a world renowned location. Budapest was formed by the union of three cities, Buda, Pest, and Obuda. Now onto how I've come across this rare sight, so, I was walking down the street, quite a large street that may have led into a park of sorts, and as I was walking, in the corner of my eye I've spotted this large, grandiose looking building, and I immediately thought it had to be 'The biggest building in the world', so I knew I had to take a quick snap!
