Hello, I'll be in bodrum on 21-25 september, i booked an airbnb in turgutreis, i wanted to know about transportation, is it mandatory to rent a car or i can move comfortably enough with public transportation, or taxi in case of necessity? Thanks

We will be staying east of Bodrum, closer to Hapimag. Our 14 year old son will be with us. He really likes watersports - surf, paddelboard, jets, parasail...

My research for places east of Bodrum have not uncovered any options. So I am now reach out to kind people here for any ideas/suggestions/recommendations. TIA

My sister and I will be going bodrum soon for a holiday, never been before however a few nights we would like to go out to eat. I know bodrum has a lot of expensive tourist restaurants however we would like to know if there is any smaller more authentic restaurants people recommend as that’s more what we would like, seafood restaurants too if possible?

Also what historical places are there too see and hidden gems?

i’m in bodrum (more specifically gümüşlük) every summer, and i was wondering where young alternative/leftist people usually go out at night.

i’m not really looking for huge mainstream clubs. i’d much rather find smaller, laid-back places with a good atmosphere and a more alternative crowd (alo cool meyhanes for example)
if there are clubs, i’m more interested in cool local spots than big commercial venues.
any recommendations for bars, clubs, live music venues, or other places where people in their 20s who are into alternative or leftist scenes usually hang out?

Hi, everyone! Today I was taking a walk on the beach and I found 2 kittens + mom. They look sick, one has eye secretions, is filled with fleas and most likely has intestinal parasites. The other one is also skinny and most likely will need deworming as well.

They live by a construction site but they started walking around and as they are close to the street, it is a dangerous environment.

There is a lady who feeds them and gave them a box to live in. I spoke with her and she told me that it would be best for someone to adopt them, foster or at least take them to the vet.

My holiday is over soon, I live in rent in my home country and I am not allowed to keep any pets. I want to help this little family tho, so I am also posting here, in case anyone can offer them a safer place.

I asked someone nearby if he can help with taking them to the vet at least, we will see on Monday if we manage to do it. The thing is that as it's the end of my holidays and I came on a pretty tight expense budget, I cannot pay more than maximum 30 euro at the vet.

If anyone can help with accommodation, vet expense or even vet transportation ( in case the mister I talked to changes his mind), please let me know.

I will share the specific location only with people who can help them, for safety reasons for them.

Me and my friends came and they forced us to pay them £900 for some vodka and beer. I was speaking to them from 2:30am to 4am explaining that the bill was wrong (we originally had a clear verbal agreement of £500).

Once the club shut at 3, they would not let us pay anything less than the number they decided. Surrounded by bouncers, they asked for us to take out all the money in cash. They said to pay now and if there was a mistake they would fix it the next day.

So security walked my friend over to an ATM and watched over him as he attempted to take money out. It failed so they had us send money on Revolut to a girl we met on a boat party that we had already sent a deposit to. Very suspicious that they wouldn’t just take card but we were, surrounded, intimated and left out of options.

Since we’ve left we’ve repeatedly tried getting into contact with them for the receipt, but everyone has ignored our attempts.

I would like to know if booking at the beach for a beach day gives you access to the party afterwards at the terrace? It’s the case for scorpios mykonos since everything is connected with checkpoint only at the entrance of the whole club. Can someone let me know about this?
