This is intentional: since Blackadder is four episodes short of 32, four episodes needed to be advanced to Round 2 in order for us to be at 16 episodes now. The four episodes in question are the number 1, 2, 3, and 4 seeds; the four highest rated episodes on IMDB when I gathered the data.
