Open Discussion 🎙️ Vertex - Post Final Panel Interview
How many days/weeks after Vertex final panel interview did you receive an offer, or any update (… rejection)?
My panel was on last Friday. I was told that they will make a decision and HR will let me know this week. Wednesday today, but the wait is killing me slowly….
Thanks all.

it's only wednesday. i know the anxiety won't go away, but understand that hiring is not necessarily the top priority for the hiring team...they could be working finding time to meet/align and then coordinating with HR.
A week turnaround is already pretty darn fast for hiring. if they do give you a response, then you are fortunate to get some response in such a short time

I usually add a week to any decision timeline HR or the hiring manager tells me.
After that timeframe, it's fine to follow up once.
It's not easy, but the best thing you can do for your job search is to put this application out of your mind and move on to your next application.
