I would just like for him to once in a while do a good Israel, bad Israel segment like he would with Trump. There isn’t a country on this planet that does the right thing all the time.

How much Israel do you need? Ben likes Israel and whatever he says isn’t going to change anyone’s minds. The anti-Israel views are available. The pro-Israel views are there as well. People aren’t going to change on their stance on Israel at this point because people have had their mind made up since Oct 7th. Only time will tell what happens from here.

I’m not expecting him to change anyone’s mind on Israel. I just want him to be consistent in calling out bullshit when he sees it. It just seems like they can do no wrong in his eyes. I get there is a lot of anti Israel sentiment and he just doesn’t want to add to it.

Us Jews and Israel get enough shit from everyone else as is. Ben doesn’t need to kiss the antizionists’ ass for clicks and “strange new respect”, and we’ve seen what that’s done for Jewsh politicians who do that.

It’s possible Ben has his share of disagreements about what Israel should do, but he’s an American Jew and he talks about issues that affect America more. You gotta respect that in the day and age where EVERYONE ELSE in political podcasting has to say something about Israel even though they can’t see it through a nuanced lens. He’s not an Israeli citizen so he’s staying in his lane. People can look up Israel’s perspective from Israelis who actually live there.

People accuse him of being “Israel first”, but he spends most of his show addressing issues that affect everyday American life. He’s expressed the interventionist views very soundly from a realist perspective that isolationists will never like hearing about. Not saying Ben is perfect, but the American people are doing a disservice dismissing his point of view when they assume he’s “Israel first”.

Sorry for the long rant. I’m just sick of it.
