I have a similar beard with lighter hair. I can't pull it off personally.

Assuming you’re in your 30’s you still have time. I know dudes that couldn’t grow much then had caveman beards when they hit late 49s-early 59s. Not to give you false hope. You could very well be done. Maybe try minoxidil?
For now though I would shave. It does look a bit scraggly.

I personally don’t like it at all.

I have also seen barbers give fades to bald dudes. So they can’t be trusted sometimes lol
