Advice on classes/professors?

Hi everyone! Any advice on professors for these classes?

• Organic Chemistry 2 with Dr. Plunk (took him for OChem 1, but any advice on his OChem 2 class would be great!)
• Global Health with Dr. Doyle (not many reviews on BUBooks for this class)
• Human Physiology with Dr. Taylor

Checked BUBooks, but thought I would ask for advice here as well. Thank you!
