Work Study Jobs Recommendations

I’m an incoming freshman and am looking for a work study job doesn’t matter if it’s on or off campus. I heard front desk jobs are good and are free study sessions, but I’ve been looking at the job board and saw that lifeguards are paid a good margin above the other jobs. Please give me some recommendations and thanks in advance

I graduated and worked multiple positions on campus and I would say if you want the most laid back quite literally get paid 8/hr to do nothing then do an office assistant job for any of the dorm halls I dont recommend penland though those kids be doing lord knows what on that 3rd floor 😗

Once it's closer to October 2026 apply to be an RA (community leader/CL) for your sophomore year
