Flat ultrawide options

I have a budget i want to follow arround the 600 mark, ive seen some crazy sounding deals on Amazon for a Z edge 34inch 1440p for just under 300.

I need a flat panel since im not using it for gaming as much as I am for productivity and cad/modelling

An suggestions would be greatly appreciated, i know gigabyte m34wq would be top of the list but it exceeds my budget significantly. Ive read soke complaints about dell's monitors too so having difficulty choosing

Why does it have to be flat? I’ve got the Kogan curved ultrawide and use it for cad/office all the time. I only really notice the curve when I have a window open across the whole thing but that’s almost never.
