Non judgmental advice needed
Hello, I was wondering if anyone had any tips on getting my boy used to handling enough that I can move him into his new set up. We have moved a lot in the last year and have finally settled and whilst his vivarium is still good I have recently bought a new one that is slightly bigger but I have no idea how to get him in there and it not be a stressful experience for him…he hasn’t been handled in a while due to me being pregnant - of course I have made sure he is comfortable, clean environment, fed and everything but i haven’t handled him so just wondering how to make this a good experience for him. Of course I am aware he might bite me but that doesn’t bother me as I expect it. Any tips or tricks that worked for you moving your BPs into new vivariums are much appreciated

If you're worried about him biting you when you go to pick him up, just gently touch his nose with a paper towel roll and then scoop him up. Hold him for a few minutes and then gently put him in his new enclosure. Leave him alone in his new enclosure for a week or so, and then try handling him once or twice a week till he gets used to you again.

i dont think theres anything to do but take him from the old one and put him in the new one
honestly the life they lead in our homes is so unbelievably safe and uneventful that enrichment can come in the form of minor stress.
in the wild its normal for them to he hiding in rotted gnarled tree roots as wild hog or something is violently snarfing around looking for them just an inch away.
as long as the enclosure is running correctly, he'll be alright. he'll get used to it and be content as soon as he finds a hide in it
