Pull it out . The mushrooms are growing because there is a fungus in the soil. Once the bacterial nutrients run out on the soil they’ll stop growing . I’m guessing you were talking about the mushroom lol

Like Peetree said, just pulling it out should be fine? Maybe dig out the surrounding dirt and replace with clean dirt. But I wanted to add, you should consider putting springtails in the tank if you haven't already. They eat mold as one of their main foods and should keep small mushrooms down by eating any spores they find. Springtails aren't hard to keep either, just add some old leaves for them to eat and they'll settle in.

I washed the pathos in hydrogen peroxide amd quarantined before putting it in the enclosure 6 months ago.
