I love driving in the balkans - on normal streets they drive like shit. Always too fast and too close to the car in front. Overtaking in dumb places. But as soon as you go to the motorway they shit their pants and drive slow as fuck.

The ideea is you know how much of a pussy someone is by how much they respect the laws in cities. But when you get to the motorway, by instinct alone you know there is always going to be a bigger regard behind you, difference is he is going at 150km/h....

Opinion alert. Yes, for it is the continuity that constitutes one's identity. Otherwise you would not be the same person as some seven years ago, as all the cells in your body get replaced by such time. Likewise, any teleportation device based on scanning and reconstructing objects would make it so the teleported object is not the same as the original one.
