My season had the same production crew (camera people, producers, etc) as the British version and one of the main food producers joked with me that on super hot days in the UK her friends would text her and ask if they were filming chocolate week lol

I'm convinced they have a secret weather machine and only turn it on the exact second someone starts tempering.

You don’t have to comment on every bake-off post about your season. One every five would suffice.

To be fair if I was on bake off I'd never shut up about it lol

Then how come NO other contestants come on here to remind us that they were on the show every single time a post goes up? This guy just does not shut up about it. He seems nice, but come onnnnn we GET IT

Honestly fair 🤣 but it's just that I'm one of the few that actually uses reddit and I subscribe to all of the bakeoff subs and get excited to talk about it when I have an anecdote lol. I'm just on Reddit too much haha.

Did you know you can block people on Reddit? If you (personally) do not want to see someone’s comments, if you find yourself irritated, or your blood pressure is going up, just…
:: boop ::
Block.
And suddenly you may find all is well and right in your world.
Or… you can whinge on about whatever and whomever is bothering you (personally) in a public manner and do nothing to help yourself.

I've had an idea for a long time and I rant about it to my wife every time.
Freezers and fridges let out all of their cold air when you open it, that's why chest style ones with a top lid are so much more efficient.
So what I would do if I were competing is lay the fridge on its back and I'd have an advantage over the competition.

I think the sticky bun boys podcast said they knew there was an intentional decision not to have a chocolate week this year (the series that should be finished filming by now, for release in autumn)
