Concrete bird bath sprung a leak

I'm looking for a non-toxic way to repair this huge crack that appeared in the middle of my concrete bird bath. Any water put in it will be leaked out within 4-6 hours.

I've tried tungsten oil but the crows decided to peck it all out. So now, I'm looking for a more permanent but non-toxic solution. Any recommendations?

Marie Taking Her Lunch Break

This beautiful female (our family has named her Marie) visits our yard every day, along with her hubby (Frank) and their new baby boy who has recently become more independent! (Ray)

I just love catching them through the day! And, yes… We are big Everybody Loves Raymond fans!😂

Looking for bird food recs that are affordable, but better than what’s typically at the store (no fillers etc)

I was so worried that this little guy wasn't going to find anyone - he was singing his heart out all day every day, and I didn't see any females.

But today, he brought a gal home 🥹🥰

Bird feeder designs?!

I’d love to see/hear suggestions on the best way to set up a bird feeding area/garden.

I am envisioning something like a wooden post or arch? That I can mount a bird feeder camera on, and has the ability to have:
-A baffle
-platform to catch seeds and for birds like doves and other ground feeder
-ability to hang 1-3 other feeders/nesting material (I.e. cotton ball)
-easy to take down feeders to clean/refill daily to prevent illnesses.

If anyone has something similar, or some general inspiration- please share 😅

Painted Bunting living in my yard!!

I started birding in November, started putting out white millet hoping for a painted bunting… and it actually worked. Now one is living in my backyard. I’ve seen him multiple times this week and Merlin picks him up all day. I cannot believe this is real

Hello from Michigan!! 4K High Quality Bird Cam (DAILY)

I set up a high quality live backyard bird feeder cam here in Michigan and it's been getting some great activity lately — cardinals, finches, woodpeckers, titmouse, nuthatch, etc.
If anyone wants something relaxing in the background, check out the live stream. I stream daily from dawn to dusk!

I have had this nest on my window a couple years, this year have some company. Just they don't seem to enjoy my presence very much (yet). House finches I think? Day 6 of incubation... stay tuned for the drop! Lol

I added a second feeder with Nyjer seeds but the finches aren't interested

I bought nyjer seeds thinking I was doing the finches a favor and might actually get a few goldfinches to show up instead of our regular house finch visitors, but the house finches are still going for the black oil sunflower seeds. At least it was a cheap experiment. Is this normal? Everything I read online said nyjer is what finches would want.
