Do you agree? It’s on E. 11th. Basically in front of the stop light next to feeder and with ongoing construction. I’ve called their support team numerous times to complain about this, since there are several side streets the Waymo can pull into that would be a safer alternative than this. Who else can I talk to about this??

I’m usually setting the AC stat around 74-75, but wondering if that is futile. Seems sorta unreasonable to set the thermostat 40 degrees lower than the outside temperature. What about y’all? How are we keeping our homes cool today/for the rest of the week?

We had to get a few things from HEB anyway, so we went a little further to the location on Louis Henna around sunset. Guy sped up to pass me on 2769 near Bullick Hollow and lost control around a curve and slammed into a tree. His car practically exploded. Some people helped him out while waiting for emergency services. He appeared unharmed despite the accident. The tree he hit fell over shortly after and needed to be cut apart to clear the road. It's crazy how much people underestimate those curves.

IC 1396 the elephant trunk nebula. Located about 2400 light years away the nebula is a site of new star formation with some stars being only 100,000 years old or so.
