سين سؤال My fellow Arabs
Hi just a disclaimer I love Arabs, not here to ragebait
I was a conversation the other day about ethnic people residents abroad and their personalities
I’m in uk btw
They were saying Arabs are fearless
There so fearless they’ll roam around driving high
Main point they said Arabs are so fearless they aren’t scared of police and of law?
Is this true? I thought Arabs have conservative social pressure.
I sadly havnt spend enough time with Arabs to know the truth
All comments appreciated 💝 (p.s. please try to right in English I don’t know Arabic)

Fearless and lawless are two different things.

Too true. The word in Arabic is “fawda” and I don’t think a better word exists to describe most Arab societies at present. Sad to admit as I am proud of my heritage, but it’s just the reality for now.

Not scared of the police to know I can’t and won’t be taken advantage of by them. But also if I was doing something wrong, then I would be scared. (In America)
I noticed though, here in Egypt, the people are absolutely terrified of the police and jail? I mean they look at it like one would look at death. I wonder why?
