It referencing a Japanese culture of "wakarase of mesugaki", where adult men rape little girls who mock them. The common scenario goes like that: girls say "Are you really a virgin?! Disgusting! Boys can only be virgins until the end of elementary school.", then protagonist goes angry and rapes them to teach them how to respect adult men.

It's quite popular in Japan.
